                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY 
                 ATTORNEY TO FILE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS 
                 AGAINST BOWATER, INC. FOR THE RIGHT OF ENTRY TO 
                 CONDUCT A PRELIMINARY HYDROGEOLOGIC 
                 INVESTIGATION AND TO OBSERVE OTHER FEATURES OF 
                 CONCERN ON TRACT 011-012.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to file eminent domain proceedings 
       against Bowater, Inc. for the right of entry to conduct a 
       preliminary hydrogeologic investigation and to observe other 
       features of concern on Tract 011-012.
